What a sponsor spot includes

A spot is a paid advertising/brand placement associated with a position shown on the website. The 3D box is a placement preview, not an exact print template. A confirmed sponsor may receive:

• Brand/logo placement on selected food packaging, boxes or project clothing, adjusted to fit the real physical item.
• A clickable sponsor profile on the website with brand name, description, X handle and website.
• Inclusion in public documentation of the sponsored distribution where the packaging or clothing is visible.

Takeover mechanic

Another sponsor may take over an occupied spot by paying the takeover price shown on the website. The takeover price is currently double the most recent confirmed price for that spot. When a takeover is successfully confirmed, the previous sponsor's original payment for that spot will be refunded according to the Refund Policy.

Revenue allocation and project spending

Ayush personally commits to fund at least 100 burgers for this birthday project. Sponsor payments are payments for advertising/placement and participation in the project; they are not restricted donations and this is not a registered charity. Sponsorship revenue may be used for additional food, packaging, printing, transport/distribution, payment-processing charges, website/platform costs, promotion, creative or production work, time and labor, and other project or business expenses. Ayush retains discretion over how sponsorship revenue is allocated and does not promise that any fixed amount or percentage of sponsorship revenue will be spent on food unless expressly stated in writing. Amounts remaining after project obligations, refunds, taxes/fees and expenses may be retained by Ayush as compensation or profit.

Sponsor responsibilities

You must have the legal right to use every logo, brand name, description, website and social handle you submit. Submissions must follow the Content Policy. If a submission infringes another person's rights, the sponsor is responsible for that submission.

Views, clicks and business results

Profile views and website clicks may be displayed for informational purposes, but no specific number of views, clicks, sales, customers, impressions or business results is guaranteed.

Payments

When live payments are enabled, payments may be processed by Dodo Payments or another clearly disclosed payment processor. Payment information such as card details is handled by the payment processor and is not intended to be stored directly by this website.

Timing and practical adjustments

November 13, 2026 is Ayush's birthday and the reference date for the project, but it is not a guaranteed distribution date. If sponsor spots fill earlier and logistics are ready, the sponsored distribution may take place before November 13. The final packaging format, number of physical boxes, placement dimensions, distribution route and timing may also change for practical reasons. An earlier distribution or another reasonable timing adjustment does not by itself create a refund right if the sponsor placement is delivered in a reasonably equivalent way.

Limitation of liability

Good-faith efforts will be made to deliver the sponsorship as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from a sponsorship is limited to the amount paid for the affected spot, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as the project develops. The version in effect when a real payment is completed will govern that purchase unless a later change is required by law.
