Refund Policy
Sponsor spots are limited, but the takeover system is designed so the previous sponsor does not simply lose their original payment when another brand replaces them.
Takeover refunds
If another sponsor successfully takes over your spot by paying the required takeover price, your original payment for that spot will be refunded to the original payment method, minus any non-recoverable payment-processing or transaction fees charged by the payment provider. The goal is to process takeover refunds within 7 business days after the takeover payment is confirmed.
Project cancellation
If Ayush cancels the birthday sponsorship project before the sponsored distribution takes place and does not provide a reasonably equivalent sponsored distribution, confirmed sponsors will be eligible for a refund of their sponsorship payment, minus any non-recoverable payment-processing fees and any legally unavoidable charges.
Rejected sponsor content
If a logo or sponsor submission violates the Content Policy, Ayush may ask for a compliant replacement. If a compliant replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable time and the placement cannot proceed, a refund may be issued minus non-recoverable processing fees.
No change-of-mind refunds
Once a sponsor spot is confirmed, refunds are generally not offered simply because the sponsor changes their mind. The main refund cases are a confirmed takeover, a material project cancellation, or an unresolved content-policy issue that prevents the sponsorship from being delivered.
Timing or format changes
November 13, 2026 is Ayush's birthday and the project's reference date, not a guaranteed distribution date. If sponsor spots fill early and logistics are ready, the sponsored distribution may take place before November 13. Practical changes to timing, packaging type, route or physical logo dimensions do not automatically create a refund right if the sponsor placement can still be delivered in a reasonably equivalent way.
Payment processor timing
After a refund is submitted, the time it takes to appear in your account can depend on Dodo Payments, your bank, card network or other payment provider. Processing fees that the payment provider does not return may be deducted from the refund.
