Content Policy

Not allowed

Ayush may refuse, remove or request changes to submissions that:

• Promote illegal activity, fraud, scams or intentionally misleading claims.
• Contain hate speech, threats, harassment or promotion of violence.
• Contain sexually explicit or adult-only imagery.
• Impersonate another person, creator, company or project.
• Use trademarks, copyrighted material or other intellectual property without permission.
• Contain malicious links, phishing pages or unsafe downloads.
• Are unrelated shock content rather than a genuine sponsor identity.
• Would make the project unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate for public distribution.

Manual review

Sponsor submissions may be reviewed before final physical printing or production. If something is unclear, Ayush may ask the sponsor for a different logo, description or link.

Your responsibility

By submitting a logo, name, description, website or social account, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it publicly. The sponsor is responsible for claims arising from content they submit.

Removal after approval

If a rights holder reports a valid infringement, or if a sponsor later appears to be fraudulent or unsafe, the content may be removed or replaced even after initial approval. Any refund eligibility will be handled under the Refund Policy.

Links and profiles

Public sponsor links should point to the sponsor's real website or social account. Redirects designed to deceive visitors, collect credentials or distribute malware are not allowed.
